Semi-automate it's a good idea also.

From your experience any manual winning strategy can be automated? I know bots can do complex stuff, but as you know a lot of succesfull traders still trade manually.

This thread will give you a good starting point.

Can be adapted for greyhounds. Any changes, test first. Can be quite effective for a fast moving market, watch the odds move and see if you can improve it further. (all part of the fun)

I don't understand these markets, they're not going to 'in play' mode, they're just pre race > suspended. It's seriously messing with my automation rules.

Y, I was noticing yesterday most races had well over £1k already matched and there was still more than 10mins to the off.

would be great if the greys managed to create a dedicated trader following, rather than the current niche *experience*. it could develop into a mini boom over the next 6-8 weeks for sure. thereafter - that's up to the -participants that did well. i for one have taken more than a casual 2nd glance again at these markets. even tho' they are more erratic, increased liquidity could alter the makeup and make for an interesting opportunity.

Some ridiculous prices gets matched way out on dogs, wonder if there is some transferring between accounts going on.

Something to add to your armoury.

If a dogs price goes from >= 4 to <= 2 or >= 5 to <= 3 or >= 6 to <= 4 then you will often see a large pull back at some point.

A couple of £60k+ volume traded races today. (£40k a race becoming normal, quite a few £50k in the mix)

There are some bots programmed to do just that.

There were 5 races 13.31 onwards where every single race but one was won by a crazy 12+ price, with some being 30s!

I know several guys that lay the outsiders and use loss recovery and for sure they would have been very, very burnt there. In 2 races, the winners prices to PLACE was 10+ !! Insane.
