Avoid supermarkets, use small suppliers, and get it delivered.

I just received a delivery of 100% grass fed beef, lamb and lambs liver that will last a month.

Meat contains virtually everything we need to survive.

Don't believe all the anti-fat crap put out by the vegan lobby and processed food industry.
My kind of man - very well done! Exactly the same thing that I've done. And I also ordered the exact same products!

I guess you're aware of Shawn Baker, Paul Saladino and Ken Berry... :D

Scientist have been banging on about Chloriquine & Remdesivir for at least a week
My mother told me about this drug four weeks ago. She may have also managed to acquire some by claiming to be going to a location which has the type of malaria that drug fights...

I've never heard of them tbh!

I just follow an SCD "diet" these days and am very much anti-processed foods, anti-grains and pro-grass fed meat!

Are you actually following a carnivore diet or simply a big fan of meat/anti-vegan movement?

Yes, I follow a carnivore diet with occasional deviation. :D It's having a huge benefit right now as I don't need to visit the store! Unti I run out of loo roll, that is...

That's cool. I started going sugar-free back in 2015 and just progressed towards carnivore over time. Although it was called zero-carb back then. :D

Why have so many coronavirus patients died in Italy?
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/global-heal ... ied-italy/
But there are other factors that may have contributed to Italy’s fatality rates, experts say. This includes a high rate of smoking and pollution - the majority of deaths have been in the northern Lombardy region, which is notorious for poor air quality.
New data from the Copernicus Sentinel-5P satellite reveal the decline of air pollution, specifically nitrogen dioxide emissions, over Italy. This reduction is particularly visible in northern Italy which coincides with its nationwide lockdown to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Wow! I'm intrigued by it, but not going there until "results" are in.

I highly recommend this podcast with thoughts on it. If you have the patience for all the other smalltalk, which is part of what I appreciate about Rogan's podcasts. There might be a condensed version somewhere on just the carnivore diet.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9M8X_bs_fzI

Interestingly, Joe Rogan had been pretty condemning of the diet in this and other podcasts. I then saw somewhere that he has (had?) started the diet himself and loved the results. Wouldn't know, and frankly don't care. Not a fanboy; I just appriciate his podcasts and specifically his approach to seeking out and presenting knowledge from a wide political spectre.

Not saying Dr. Patrick's word is gospel at all. Just worth it as part of an overall consideration.

And not knocking the diet...kind of. My two cents would be, definitely healtier than your average Western World diet. Healthier than a varied diet, cutting out processed foods, sugar, and possibly grains, I'm not so sure. Good on you for making a very ambitious diet choice. Seems an experiment on your body, and I'll pass for now though ;)

I think I've listened to that podcast episode before. IIRC, she's a fan of getting a varied (unprocessed food) diet, but gets hooked up on managing every little micronutrient because she's worried about missing something. Is it the podcast where she talks about avoiding plastic baby bottles for her baby? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Think about a cow: it's a mammal. As a mammal, it requires all the nutrients we do. However they may be obtained, those nutrients have to be stored in its body. Then we eat its body; thus we get all the nutrients the cow had. And thus we get every nutrient we need.

And even though meat is practically carb-free, carbohydrates are the only non-essential macronutrient, as we can make the little amount of glucose that we do need in the liver.

The topic is huge, and I cannot possibly go into it on here. I suggest checking out Paul Saladino's work and podcast if you like all the sciency stuff:

https://carnivoremd.com/

And if you haven't already, I'd suggest following Shawn Baker on YouTube. He's worth watching for, if nothing else, his anti-vegan musings:

That's the one, yeah. And correct, she certainly seems to be suffering from health FOMO. Her taking some insane level of fish oil stuck with me and left me with exactly that same impression as yours.

That's a, frankly, obscene simplification. Just both being mammals equals the same nutrient needs? A dolphin, a rat, a cow and a human being are nutritianally the same? At a stretch, I'll grant that it might, maybe, could be that it'll do for what we need, but as optimal nutrition.....get the f*** out ;) A cow has four stomachs and digest markedly differently to us, and you're pitching that they by definition hold the nutrients, we need, on the sole basis of being a mammal. Get the f*** out ;)

Not to mention that our brain is a completely different, as it were, animal and likely requires other nutrients.

Like I wrote, I'm intrigued, and I've already delved deep into it. I'm seeing no proof of anything substanstial. I'm seeing a ton positive anecdotes, stories, and personal developments. But pointedly from people who're, nearly, all making a bunch of other positive life choices. Healthy people in good shape, working out, not eating junk and being all the better for it.

Again, good for you, and I very honestly wish you all the best with it. No need to "sell" the lifestyle though, which seems to be creeping in (in general, not you). With no evidence beyond personal - short term! - results. It puts the lifestyle right alongside vegan activism.

Scientist have been banging on about Chloriquine & Remdesivir for at least a week......Trump cant even pronounce it so hes obviously not given it much thought before reading the transcript.
Apart from very personal bias that I don't see Trump given much thought to anything apart from when he'll have time to play golf and who'll be giving him his next BJ (be it literally, or the proverbial mental one), there's no correlation between being able to pronounce and thought.

On a more serious note, good stuff, and I've dived into the rabbit hole.
I really enjoyed that, my first proper chuckle in a few days!

Do you eat all the parts of a cow that contain the necessary nutes? Or do you just eat the delicious meaty bits which only have a very limited array of chemical constituents? If you want the full range you really ought to be having a couple of eyes and a few teeth sprinkled on your breakfast pancreas.

But if you have the same biology as a cow, then why don't you cut out the middle man and just eat grass? My mamalian analog of choice is the bat, but they're really hard to catch so I just leave a light on overnight and eat a big handful of dead moths for breakfast. I've never felt better but I just have a slight headache from banging my head on my desk lamp all day.

Why have so many coronavirus patients died in Italy?
I was surprised to hear their population is the second oldest in the world only out aged by Japan.

Combined with high smoking rates, cold weather and social greeting by kissing.
