I have written a rule that places a back bet, in running, on the first horse with odds of 1.50 odds
The rule worked fine in the practice then also the live mode
I am struggling to extend this rule to include a second action only when/if the back bet has been placed.

The second action is;
if any other horse's in running odds fall below 1.50 then green out the original back bet - this action to only occur once

Could anyone advise how to do this

Thanks

You'll need a close trade on selection with greening rule
Applied to ANY runner

With the following conditions

Fixed odds condition
Nominated selection Betfair order of favouritism 1
Is less than 1.50

Number of matched bets condition
On selection
Is greater than 0

Thanks for this
Just tried at Naas but did not fire
The issue seems to be that the parameters screen only contains the box "using current market price"
There is no where to specify the stake

You don't need to specify a stake when greening up the software does that for you

Still not firing and there was a clear opportunity to back the lead horse even though using 1.31 odds
Could I be cheeky and ask you look at the file to see if I am doing something stupid
Thanks

The back bet rule should be applied to the fav

Also you've added the following condition to the back bet, this only needs to be on the close trade rule
Number of matched bets condition
On selection
Is greater than 0

And

The close trade on selection with greening rule is applied to Betfair row 1, this should be applied to ANY selection

Good Morning
I have had time to study my video recordings of yesterdays Bat Angels screens for the Naas meeting.
For the 16:30 a back bet on Lemista was matched for £10 at odds of 1.20.
No other horse fell below 1.50 in play (confirmed by Timeform results (the nearest was Even So at 1.54 in play

However the model greened out at a profit of £1.54 instead of letting the Lemista back stand for a profit of £2.00

Can the model be tweaked to do this
