after a quick comparison on that race it is about 4 secs behind my citibet-provided sky1 (online)

Yes. You can get an estimate by looking at the countdown clock and comparing it with the live time on your computer.

I can't view the stream so was just wondering if it was worth getting an aussie based vpn but the 4 sec delay is a bummer

Decent result in R8 at Rosehill but the person manipulating the market with all there "fake" back orders is really spoiling these Rosehill markets. At least from my view point.
