I’m going to have a crack at the Aus racing tomorrow (Mon). Which courses are likely to have the best liquidity?

I think I heard it's back half-an-hour, the last race being adjusted to avoid a clash. R5 is at 5:30 (15:30) but for some reason the market listing is 5:07.
