Dear fellow Traders,
First off! I hope and pray everyone is well and safe, having just recently learnt the "Clone Excel Binding for selected markets" in the behavior settings; (keyboard shortcuts)
My first step... Applying this method has worked on Guardian, after opening the workbook 'BetAngel_1.xls' as a file
Second step... highlghted all markets and the Excel sheet column was filled in with this file all good and well
however when I opened excel I found that all the markets I've highlighted in Guardian are moving/skipping through the file in market order by a fragement of a second and contiously in a cycle without stopping... I dont know if it is a connection issue or if its in the settings i need to change something?.... a little help please.
P.S.
...Issues with "Clone Excel Binding for selected marketS"
There is a BetAngel_Muliple workbook if you want to bind a worksheet to multiple markets at the same time and you can use the 'Auto-Bind' option in Guardian to do this with one tick of a box.
The single BetAngel_1 sheet is only meant for use on single markets at a time, if re-using this sheet on more than one market you'll need to make sure no markets overlap and use the restricted refresh option in Guardian

Hi Dallas,
Thankyou for your quick response,
"There is a BetAngel_Muliple workbook if you want to bind a worksheet to multiple markets"
I know this method but I want to apply all the markes and the multiple only allows you to do upto 10 sheets :/
When I placed the 'restrict refresh tab' as you said....it worked to some extent , maybe fo r a few minutes...and then it starts moving again, why is this happening? what is the cause?
I've screen recorded , to demonstrate this issue... https://youtu.be/jlwWLr59qpk (fast forward to 3rd min of the video)
I do have couple queires with excel if you dont mind to help me...
Q1. Is it possible to 'Signal favourite' on Excel-'Bet rules'? if so how to do it?
Q2. Can I edit the BetAngel_1.xls to my own preference.

You can just duplicate the multiple worksheets to as many as you need, it comes with 10 just to get you started
Regarding the video at 3mins, there are probebly several markets in Guardian within your restricted refresh window
If you restricted refresh from 5min to 0 mins, then there can only be one market within your restricted refresh at anyone time, if you have greyhound markets loaded where they could start a minute apart you could have upto 5 being refreshed at the same time so 4 would need to be removed

'You can just duplicate the multiple worksheets to as many as you need, it comes with 10 just to get you started'
how do I duplicate it then?
'If you restricted refresh from 5min to 0 mins, then there can only be one market within your restricted refresh at anyone time'
What setting do I need to place the restricted refresh rate in order to set up 200 markets, and what is the best method to resolve this issue? ... because I want to just leave it automated, without me having to keep coming back and forth to add 10 markets at a time.

Click on the tab of the first worksheet then hold down your shift key and click the tab of the 10th worksheet (so all the worksheets have been selected)Bot2020 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 12:52 pm'You can just duplicate the multiple worksheets to as many as you need, it comes with 10 just to get you started'

Then right-click and choose 'move or copy'
Scroll down the list and highlight (move to end)
and tick 'create a copy'
You'll then have 20 worksheets, repeat that and you'll have 40 and so on
...........................
It doesn't matter what your refresh rate is, if re-using the same sheet you need to ensure only one market is being refreshed at the same time by removing any thers that start at a similar time
Right.. .Great I did that it worked . ... it has made a copy of 20 work sheets ...'betangel (11), bet angel (12), etc...Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 1:29 pmClick on the tab of the first worksheet then hold down your shift key and click the tab of the 10th worksheet (so all the worksheets have been selected)Bot2020 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 12:52 pm'You can just duplicate the multiple worksheets to as many as you need, it comes with 10 just to get you started'

But how do i now link it to excel sheet column on guardian as it does not appear to be on the dropdown menu list (it still only showing upto 'betangel (10)')
Make sure you don't have any sheets connected then click 'connect' and 'auto-bind'Bot2020 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 4:20 pmRight.. .Great I did that it worked . ... it has made a copy of 20 work sheets ...'betangel (11), bet angel (12), etc...Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 1:29 pmClick on the tab of the first worksheet then hold down your shift key and click the tab of the 10th worksheet (so all the worksheets have been selected)Bot2020 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2020 12:52 pm'You can just duplicate the multiple worksheets to as many as you need, it comes with 10 just to get you started'

If you're editing your workbook while it's connected to BA then it might not be aware of the additional spreadsheets (tabs) you've added. Disconnect and reconnect as it probably only looks for what your workbook contains when you first connect to it.
You also need to take care editing a spreadsheet while it's connected to BA. Under certain circumstances BA might write to a cell you've given focus to and overwrite cells you don't want overwriting.
Finally if you've edited your worksheet while it was connected to BA, then don't forget to save your worksheet BEFORE disconnecting as the usual 'do you want to save' prompt will not be displayed. It'll just exit without saving your changes.
I assume all the above issues still exist, it's a couple of years since I used Guardian and I'm basing all this on what I found when I was using it.
