Is it okay to break the law and fix results if it's for charity?
In my view, they should do the race every year for a recognised charity. (some may say replace the real one altogether)

Was the virtual race result fixed for the betterment of the NHS? I'd say no to that one.
You can only guess. Fixed doesn't necessarily mean deciding who wins. Deciding the favourite loses or giving a slim probability would be fixing. What irritates me was that there was so much talk to the betting ignorant about the quality of the graphics, advanced algorithms that take from into account and the support it gives the NHS but nothing was explained about when the winner would be known or the integrity of the market.
