Connection mode 1

Can anyone log on using connection mode 1? I keep getting a message telling me "unable to connect to Betfair using the supplied user name and password". I get it across different pc's - it's not a problem at my end.

The non-API log-in interface was changed by betfair during their site upgrade yesterday. If you install version 1.26.5 of Bet Angel Professional from http://downloads.betangel.com you'll be able to use mode 1 again.

being a newbie to this ,i am just learning on bet angel basic, will i need to download again as i have the same message as the previous post and cant log in? Thanks for your help in advance

I have Betangel Basic and I have not been able to log on for two days.

The message says 'cannot connect using the supplied username and password'.

What is my solution please?

I still find connection 1 really really sticky with the response jumping around.

Can we anticpate a fix from Betfair or BA to resolve this issue

I've been running this all day on connection mode 1 and it's been fine??

Sorry, i may have missed it - is there documentation anywhere of the different connection modes available and the differences between them?

Ah it was due to downloading, to allow connection mode 1, the new version which had the data request limit set to 15 per second by default.

You may cancel the Betfair and BA fix
