Timer triggered

Hi all,

Just wondered if someone could give me a hand with what I imagine is quite a simple excel request, but to set a countdown timer to trigger when a cell changes it's value or text, eg. when the InPlay cell triggers.

That sets the countdown and then a reset signal set on the countdown when another cell changes value, ie the suspended cell is filled.
