PROBLEMS with Betfair WITHDRAWALS

Is anyone experiencing issues with BF withdrawals in the past week or so?

All my withdrawals in the past week are returned to the account marked as ''reversed'' . Before everything was working great, no problems. I wrote to BF live chat for the first time 5 days ago. Saying, that I need their help. And was given a ticket number to receive updates on my problem.
Since then I have contacted BF live chat again a few times, checking for those updates .

Replies where standard: NOTHING NEW on my ticket. IN 5 DAYS. IN 5 DAYS !!!!! :idea:


I mean no one has contacted me personally. No help from Betfair at all.
But premium charge on Wednesday was taken as normal . :D :lol: :cry:

That is the type of service Betfair customers deserve.

Don't know what to do... stopped trading right now. No point in generating commission.

I assume you know about card accounts no longer being valid?

Betfair seem to think my visa debit card is a credit card....never possessed a credit card in my life.

Withdrew funds to Neteller and received it in exactly 4 hours. I think it's usually 2 hours, 4 hours on a weekend.

In exactly 4 hours I receive a message transaction ''Reversed'' . And the most annoying thing is that, BF in almost a week now, still haven't contacted me :x

I took some out to Paypal last week with no issues - was there few hours later.

Finally problem solved, took BF almost 3 weeks to do so. Thanks for all the replies!
