Greening if loss

Need a bit of help
I have a bot that I'm working on that greens up when a nominated profit amount is met. That part of it is easy however I can't get the opposite to happen - I'm trying to get it to close up for a nominated amount if it's a loss
Do I set it up to green up by making a rule that has a condition reading "Green all profit when the profit value is less than -$XX" ?
I'm trying it using stakes of $5 but I want to cut my losses if the amount is showing a loss of $2.50
Only small amounts but I'm trying to get it working before I increase the amount
