List of all market from Guardian

So i have added all the greyhound markets to Guardian ready to set an auto up is there a way to export the list of these markets to excel?
If not is there any other way to get a list of a all the markets you have added over the course of the whole day.
I understand i can download a spreadsheet from Betfair after i have traded on them but i would like it before the actually trading has happened.
