Automation not working

Hi,

Please can someone help. I have been using a bot this past week that lays a chosen horse (which I have selected on nominated selection 1) and I've been sat watching it of an evening doing it's job pretty well. It lays £2 SP on in-play and then greens up on either £1 profit or -£2. Like I say, it works well when I'm sat here.

However, on two days I've set it up in the morning then gone to work and it just hasn't worked. Looking at the Guardian log, it is recognising that the race is suspended and unsuspended but nothing else. My PC has sleep mode deactivated so it's not that either.

Any suggestions at all?

At the top right corner of the main Guardian page you ll see
'Automatically Switch Bet Angel Market' this should be ticked and if using IR automation the number of seconds should be about 5

Thanks, that wasn't ticked! Do you mean the 'market switch time' should be 5 seconds?

Yes, you would usually set this to just before your automation is set to start at, so if your automation is only for IR then Switching to the market 5 secs before the start time is enough.

I now have the same issue.

I was testing my automation on horse racing which worked for one race.

I then added my football markets and added the automation for that and now none of it is triggering.
It is showing the market suspensions but that is it.

I checked it thoroughly and I am struggling to find a reason why it won't work??

Change your Guardian refresh rate to 20ms.

If it's set to say 200ms, and you have 20 events loaded, Guardian will only 'look' at each event once every 4s and potential miss any especially tight trigger time windows. Eg if you say that you want a trigger between +3s and +5s in a race, that 4s refresh might mean that the rule isn't checked during that period.

Hi I’ve been monitoring a automation the last week & for most it’s worked well, but on 2 Occasionas it hasn’t triggered one of the rules the green or red up . It just kept a lay bet in the market which went in running. Any suggestions appreciated . I’ve read the links above about (Automatically Switch Bet Angel Market) does this need to be ticked for pre race automation. ??? Thanks
Here is my automation rules -

Lay bets placed at a specific time in morning
Cancel any unmatched bets 60 sec - 45 sec before off time
Green /red up 35 sec - 15 sec before the week off
