Offset Bet Not Triggering

Hi All,

I find this keeps happening to me more and more and any help would be much appreciated.

13/05/2020 09:06:12: [G_Auto] : £ 0.4 of unmatched bet (Ref:200252178614) was filled before remainder was killed. Position Closed therefore no offset/stop required.
15/05/2020 09:07:38: [G_Auto] : £ 8.24 of unmatched bet (Ref:200321345207) was filled before remainder was killed. Position Closed therefore no offset/stop required.
15/05/2020 09:08:18: [G_Auto] : £ 26.32 of unmatched bet (Ref:200321401160) was filled before remainder was killed. Position Closed therefore no offset/stop required.

The original bet is either partly or fully filled before another rule cancels it. However the associated offset bet is also being cancelled. I have the Offset bet set to 100 batches. Whenever I've manually cancelled partially filled offset bets in the past, the matched offset has always triggered so this has me confused, as well as out of pocket!

Its happened to me a number of times.

I had this happen twice today live testing a new rule... ended up placing a manual close. Annoying the offset didn't fire. Can't increase stakes until this one's resolved.

19/06/2020 19:06:55: Placed closure bet on Western Bulldogs under 39.5pts by Laying 1.99 at 2.66

Anyone found a likely explanation?
