On three races today I greened up by clicking the figure at the top as you do.
Most of the the green-up bet was placed but I had this situation where I was hitting the green up figure, it was bleeping, but the subsequent smaller bet wasn't being placed and consequently matched.
So I had a situation where my green out number started out at £1. I had greened out for that figure, but the figure was oscilating around £1 and despite me keeping on clicking that figure nothing was happening. 95p. 90p, 85p...I couldn't seem to close the trade!
Also you normally see the green-up bet go on the ladder as an unmatched bet until it's taken obviously.
I couldn't see this bet as it wasn't being triggered.
Also the green-up figure appears as a constant figure in the trading profit column. I was not seeing this.
I'm not a newbie and have been using the software for 9 years so I'm pretty experienced with the software!
Fortunately, I always have the Betfair site up so pressed the cash-out button and the bet was matched immediately so there clearly seems that not all that green-up bet was being placed?
As you can imagine had I been using larger stakes this would have left me in a very vulnerable position!
Might something have happened with the settings?
I'm a bit nervous for tomorrow now. Certainly with larger stakes.

The same thing was happening to me on a few races, had to use BF site cashout. Checked all my settings everything looks ok.

Thanks Dallas and well done to everyone at BA for getting a fix out in hours!
In a way I'm glad it's a BF issue as I was worried it's an issue with my software!
