Dutch to a book percentage

CAN someone help me achieve the following?

I want to dutch select races up to a book percentage of 50%

I can dutch to a fixed stake by book percentage but I am unsure how to dutch to book percentage of 50%

I hope this is possible.

you can do this easily through an excel spreadhseet to do this there are plenty of exmaples to look aorund then adjust/edit accordingly.
