Hi guys

I have been working hard at getting this going in practice mode, however, something I noticed this afternoon on the horses.

I saw a at the bottom in the log tab the following :

"18/08/2020 16:30:31: Guardian has detected that the market is suspended
18/08/2020 16:30:32: Guardian has detected that the market is in-play
18/08/2020 16:30:32: Guardian has detected that the market is now unsuspended
18/08/2020 16:32:41: [G_Auto] : £ 10.00 Lay bet placed on Sea Sister at 2. Entirely unmatched when it initially reached the market. Ref: 10020
18/08/2020 16:33:14: Guardian has detected that the market is suspended
18/08/2020 16:33:24: Guardian has detected that the market is now unsuspended
18/08/2020 16:33:38: Guardian has detected that the market is suspended

Yet on the matched tab, it showed it as matched ?

Could someone explain what this means, basically would the bet have been matched or not ?

The log is only to show what happens at the time of bet placement, bets matched afterwards are not recorded to the log.

Had it been matched at the time it reached the market the log would have recorded that and the odds its was matched at etc

Dallas, thanks.

I am trying to work out if my strats would be profitable, so have added export a P&L to the general part of the rules, what worried me was that the spreadsheet might show a win, whereas it may not have actually have been matched.
I am also guessing that there is no other way of checking who was the winner of each race other than looking it up in Timeform at the end of the day.

Will get there in the end

Andy
