View New Posts..

Morning

When I log into the forum each day and click on View new Posts, there are often topics that dont interest me (I can tell from the Title), but in order to remove them from the list when I reclick "View new Posts" I have to click on the threads and then click the back button.

Is there a quicker/easier way of doing this?

Sorry (It's not a very interesting post, but it drives me crazy and there must be an easier way that perhaps I'm not familiar with..)
