Mines completely goosed, tech support sending engineer tommorrow, getting upgrade to 50mb and new superhub installed at same time, so rest of day off now!

have heard a few negative comments about the sperhub. When you get it there are a couple of things you need to disable on it

thanks again for that info...very useful! So useful infact that i cancelled the install appointment tomorrow! and will wait for the software update on the new hub before I go ahead with the upgrade, the last thing I need is more connection problems!
