A place to discuss anything.

lol -did someone have a gun to your head when you typed this (only pullin' yer leg). so yeah, BF regularly review charges and if the 2% isn't making it, then they will of course revert back to the basic 5%

Guess it depends on who you heard it from, they're always running trials. Otherwise might simply be because they sent out a load of emails in error saying people's rewards package was changing.

I received an email from Betfair recently saying the value of my bonuses in my rewards package was going to be changing and that I should check my 'new package' from 1 October 2020. Apparently they have had to adjust my rewards in line with 'recent activity on my account'.

I was wondering if others had received similar emails or I was being singled out for special treatment?

I'm currently on the 2% package. It sounds like they're going to move me to a different package not sure why.

Apparently they have to give 7 days notice before they're allowed to make any changes, if bookies/exchanges have to pay more to the levy then 2% comm. is not realistic at all

Yes my email was sent on 22 September and they've asked me to check my rewards package on the 1 October.
