I recently asked Virgin to upgrade me from a 10 meg connection to 20 megs (it's about an extra fiver a month), and my connection to Betfair has been much better since then.

your internet connection doesn;t actually change when they upgrade you. All that happens is your router is set to throttle your connection at 20 Mb rather than 10 Mb!

I'm on a 50mb connection and I was working fine (50ms) until about 2.45pm and it has been consistently around 600/700ms since.

yep, I noticed a serious slow down after the suspension and approx 30 secs to post time, I thought it was going to crash tbh.
