Good Morning all!
First of all thanks for taking the time to read this. I recently started using Betangel on Horse racings with the offset function and I would like some suggestions.
My main concern at this stage (starting using high stakes) is the stop loss.
As @Dallas mentioned in different posts, the right click on the ladder is not 100% safe when there is a sudden swift or a large stake injected in the market.
For these reasons, I started to use the offset function that seems more reliable.
I am now wondering if there is a way to place the offset bet only after your first bet is matched, and not at the same time. I closed a few trades in negative because the main bet wasn't matched and the offset bet got matched in the drop.
Also, if you want to share other tips or experiences in regards to risk management/stop loss I am happy to hear that.
have a great day all.

Offset Bet with greenings and trailing stop
A standard offset bet creates both the back and lay bet at the same time. If you want the offset to be created only once one side has been matched you need to also tick the fiil/kill option and set the time for the initial bet anywhare from a fraction of a second to 999999seconds. This will keep the initial bet there for the amount of time you set before it is killed unmatched or - if matched the offset is instantly created.italiangambler1981 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 10:16 amGood Morning all!

Hi there and welcome.italiangambler1981 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 10:16 amMy main concern at this stage (starting using high stakes) is the stop loss.
Starting with higher stakes will make mistakes needlessly expensive (although you arguably learn your lessons faster), so if you're not yet fully familiar with some of the software features it's more sensible to keep stakes on the low side. And obviously the lower the stakes the easier it is to get matched and trade, and vice versa.
Watch out for strong momentum if you're going to be scalping prerace, and if you're doing something inplay then you may need to do your stoplosses manually.
