Is there any software which will find soccer matches with specific combinations of odds? For instance, I may want to find matches which have the 0-0 at 20.0 or more and the O/U 2.5 goals at >1.75.

you don't need software, you can do it within guardian by setting up appropriate rules files. what i would do also would make it fire a small bet into the market @1000 to identify the game, those that have 1 matched bet are the ones you keep, then discard all the others. Once you have list then you can change your automation file to whatever you want to do next.
