Trying to assess risk of pushing it a bit more with these Saturday sessions.
I can recall one instance of a lower quality track suspending ~45sec early but that's the only significant issue I remember.
A few of you have more sessions under your belt than me so;
Can anyone recall a time where BF exchange broke down during a Saturday session ?
I'd imagine server load is fairly low at those hours but aware things can still break.
Concerned because if I go for this I won't have enough funds to cover pot. liability on 2nd exchange if needed.
Have been reimbursed Goodwill by BF in past but doesn't seem sensible to rely on that.

I've been trading down under for about 3 years and don't remember an outage on a Saturday morning. yeah, thanks Derek I agree. Didn't sit right with me last night after posting but reading your post gave me final confirmation.
constantly finding i have to reign in natural tendency to be aggressive by going with the prudent decision but the occasional one slips through depending on what delusional justification i come up with at the time
such urges are posing less of a threat to me now i've made a conscious effort to make any "important" decisions away from markets, allowing more time to think things through rather than right before a session or even worse mid-session
now i think about it, majority of my recent progress has come from risking down/slowing down in general so seems enough time passed trading on autopilot and I got complacent. Scares me a bit tbh will schedule a short amt of time to sit and go over what has brought about success every x period of time.

Sounds like you're on the right track. I've noticed this tendency in myself has subsided over time as I get better at what I'm doing.
Something that I've found extremely helpful is to think in terms of odds and EV. What are the odds of this particular decision being right and wrong? What is the edge that I have over the odds? And finally, how much is that edge (i.e. what is my EV).
As you get better at skewing things in your favour you start playing the averages rather than trying to make everything work and going for the big, emotional wins.
