41-00 on skybet was 50-00 last night to win the Prem surely that’s good value for a team that’s 2nd in the Prem

yep!! c'mon boys do it again. wait till sunday when we top of the league after beating wolves and liverpool lose to man city. They will be 25-1 then
This is one of those seasons that I wouldn't ENTIRELY bet against this. Before the start I thought Liverpool would be very difficult to stop which they might be and that City would be the only team capable of stopping them. But this season could turn out very weird. Some years ago I was reading research on football that discussed the effects of home advantage and especially crowd advantage. So much so that the odds for the away team became better value the lower down the leagues you went. Obviously the market adjusted but it just shows how important a crowd is. So some teams will be hit harder by that and some will gain I think.
Liverpool will be without VVD and if they suffer another loss at the back then it could get ropey but then again Liverpool have been off it since coming back from the winter break. The winning pts total will be well short of the previous two seasons I think and 85pts may be enough this year and 90pts will be a good total. My problem with Leicester is in how much they tailed off last season but hey....at those odds then why not???

stats so far this season.
lots of away wins
IF.....and I do stress the word IF.....this season is going to end up with a weird result then could we totally eliminate Tottenham?? Unlike Chelsea, Arsenal and Man United, they have a manager who has one of the best CV's in world football and a 3/time PL winner. Plus when you mention firepower, are Bale, Son and Kane any weaker than Sane, Firmino and Salah???

I know its early and a lot of results are 'strange' which is somehow normal for early season. But I couldnt help notice that the amount of 0-3 results are the same as 1-1. Taking into account that 1-1 is usually the most common scoreline (over 11% I think), are we seeing a sea change in that home advantage is being eroded with no fans? It seems that way to me. If this is actually happening only time will tell. What would be the best way to tke advantage of this change before it is recognised and normalised by the bookies?
