Yes, Open as many sessions as you want - just select Practice or Live as you log in

be aware you're requesting data more frequently from betfair and it seems they've been banning a lot of accounts like this recently.
To be on safe side don't use streaming if you don't need to.

Betfair actually encourage the use of streaming, it puts much less strain on there servers as updates are pushed when something changes rather than continually calling (polling) for an update even if nothing has changed since the last call
