Has Massey's site (www.adrianmassey.com) been taken down?
I bet an 'Apache 2 Test Page' when I navigate to the page.

That landing page would suggest he is reconfiguring the site.
After more than 12 years of operation, I have decided to close the adrianmassey horse racing website. The Forum will live on, run by the same team as now ( as www.mariasracingforum.com ), but everything else will soon end. It is likely that the last day will be Sat 19th March.
I hope that you have found the site interesting and useful. I have enjoyed maintaining the site. I have met many wonderful people as a result of running the site. I would like to thank all of the people who have helped me to keep the site going for so long.
However, everything comes to an end eventually. I nearly closed the site in 2002, so there has already been a lot of 'extra time'.
There are many reasons behind my decision to close the site. I am not going to list them all here. Suffice to say that changes to my personal circumstances has been a major reason.
I wish all of the site's users a happy and prosperous future.
