I'm not new to trading but I am fairly new to Bet Angel. Could someone please help me here. I know how to place a stop loss to green up, but I want to place a stop loss at a different price to my Lay Bet. For example. My lay bet is say £10 @ 4.5 and I want to place a stop loss at £7.50 at say 4.0. This gives me a small profit of £2.50 as long as it doesn't win. And if it drifts out and never comes in, then I get a profit of £10. If the horse wins then my liability is greatly reduced to about an even money bet.
To be clear this is the bet I want to put on.
LAY BET £10 @ 4.5
STOP LOSS £7.50 @ 4.0
Stop Loss
You have no guarantee of getting your back bet matched at that price... I'm assuming you're wanting this for either a pre race entry to take in running, or a in running trade?
You could used a fixed odds condition on your back bet but with an inplay delay it may have already gone way past that price and then you're fully exposed.

Hi - new to BA - jumping onto this thread if i may -
any idea of best setting/way to automate a green up at stop loss point (for 100% of stake)?
have tried in BA but it seems to be stopping my bets from triggering...
STAKE: £2
Have put one of the conditions as 'close trade profit condition' (attached) - is this correct or shd i be trying to green up the stop loss another way (perhaps stop loss settings pic attached)?
not sure if i shd be using one/both or neither ?
Thanks
