As a relatively newbie, I have been stuying hard and at last felt confident to put real money up.
When I checked my trades were showing greened up B2L but on Betfair were shoeing as a loss.
Can someone please explain how this can happen.
I have attached screen shots from both ( I think, as I cannot see them in the preview)
Thanks

Not entirely sure to be honest.
Though looks like you were playing very late on in the race. I think you went to bet at 2.84, that was missed, though the bet stays there waiting to be matched if not cancelled.
The greening bet at 1.7 was also not matched, then the initial bet at 2.84 got matched when the price came back out after the horse was beat.
Think it’s something to do with the in play delay, the price may have hit 1.7 and under in the time it took for your bet to reach the market, and by the time it did, the price was on its way back out again.
If they were showing as greened up though I’m not sure what happened, though from the betfair screenshot only your back side got matched, and it says in the log it was unmatched when it first hit the market.

If your greening only triggers when the initial back is matched, it looks like you missed the price when you went to bet, then when it got matched on the way back out the horse was maybe looking beaten and therefore the 1.7 left unmatched.

Firstly thank you all for your replies.
I set the Back price to trigger using ANY selections as I am only looking for the first one, that seems to work OK
I then set the Green as follows :
General : Green all selections.
Params : Current Market price .
Cons : Green All profit conditions, set at > 1.3.
If this is the best way then I will increase the green triggers and try again tomorrow
If there is any other way to green up I would welcome any advice.
Many thanks
