When I choose tick size no more options are added for me.
That's because in the bottom image you are using the 'Newer' price based staking added a few years ago, the top screenshot is showing the older staking method that's now been replaced.
The older (auto-stake) staking method is still used in Bet Angel Trader and if you are using Bet Angel Pro you can revert back to it if you really want to on the 'Staking' tab of your main settings

To do what you seen in the video, rather than setting the stake in the top box then ticking the 'auto update' box you just need to select your stake as normal
With the newer staking method you can place the bet at any price and it will calculate it, the older auto stake option only looks at the current touch price to work out the stake needed
