Can anyone explain why this in Peter's video

In this video Peter moves his bet from 6.4 to 6.6, the price then moves to 7.0 then Peter says "can you see why I did that if you didn't rewind he video have a look again. I have a number of times and can't see anything obvious apart from a bit of money arriving at 6.6 around £250.

2 people in comments mentioned the larger than average money sitting at 6.8 (£700) was a spoof and was pulled but the volume suggests the money was matched as the price quickly moved to 7s.

Spoof or not, there was very little money above the £700. As soon as it was taken/withdrawn, the price was likely to move up.
