I think Keir Starmer's right to call an immediate lockdown, but I suspect he's half-expecting another u-turn from BJ and wants to be able to say I told you so.

Starmer is a political opportunist. It's happening everywhere throughout the West

The easiest political job in the world is to be in opposition during a crisis!
It means you can sit on the sidelines, sneering and criticising, but due to having no power to make any decisions yourself, there is zero accountibility for any shit you spout

The Tories have botched every stage of handling this deadly pandemic and we see that reflected in the hit to the economy as compared to other developed nations.

My guess is you'll need a vaccination to travel overseas (or present a negative test everytime) so if you're 25 like me I'll be waiting till at least mid 2022 - I'm just wondering when Boots are going to start charging £300 for the pleasure.

Qantas have already said they won't let anyone fly without one, so think you are right and that its going to be a while yet before those <30 can have an holiday abroad again
