I've got a legitimate conspiracy theory on this whole Covid thingy... I reckon that the symptom "loss of taste" is conveniently put as a symptom to abolish any responsibility for forgetting to complement your partner on how much more fantastic the herb they added to your microwave meal made it taste.
I refuse to see it any other way.

Horse racing confirmed as ok, can't see why greys can't continue...
If having the vaccine is mandatory to travel it will be interesting to see if they survive as a business without drastically changing the pricing or frequency of flights. I imagine airline companies are already operating on small margins without taking a 30% or so reduction in customers.Dallas wrote: ↑Mon Jan 04, 2021 4:15 pmQantas have already said they won't let anyone fly without one, so think you are right and that its going to be a while yet before those <30 can have an holiday abroad again

TBH I genuinely don't know anybody personally that's had it yet, the closest is my brother-in-laws wifes eldest child (who works in our local hospital) tested positive just before xmas - but I've never met or spoke to her so don't think that counts as someone I know (just know of).
Brother-in-law and wife both had to isolate over xmas but both tested negative on two occasions
