Conditions - Number of matched bets conditions

Hi

I would like a rule to trigger when there are no lay bets only.
How could I set the number of matched bets conditions to only lay bets? are there other ways to do this?

I am not the best person to give advice (I am still learning myself), but, if you know the amount you are staking on your lay bets, could you use a "matched bets amount condition"? ie, if you placed 3 x £10 lay bets, if "matched bets amount condition" = £30 you will have no lay bets and your other rule could trigger.
