One click screen...urgent

Hi all,
The one click screen keeps changing to price order this afternoon on the one click screen any ideas why?
Cost me money inrunning.

You must be sorting the columns some how, click on the micro charts or silks header to sort by Betfair order only. Once you get it working, minimise the headers and save the settings so it defaults to this in future.
