Relocating to Cyprus.

Hi all, I am relocating to Cyprus hopefully next month. I know Betfair is blocked in Cyprus, however, maybe through the use of a VPN, will I still be able to use Betangel and access the live video? Has anyone had anything similar to tho please? Thank you.
