Has anyone ever had my problem - been using Bet Angel since Xmas with no problem but yesterday after a successful trade or 3 and with plenty showing in my Betfair account the Balance on my Bet Angel reads zero?!! Help! Means with no reply from support as yet that I won't be able to trade this weekend - I'm not a happy bunny! Is there any way this can be put right manually?

Check you haven't accidentally put a check mark in the "Use Australian Wallet".
That is easily done and can show a zero balance.

You could also log into the Betfair website and check your P&L from there. That should show the balance of your account.
If it still shows zero then check your P&L and see if there are any huge losses that you know nothing about.
If you see weird unexplained bets etc then check the security on the website and it should show all the recent log in activity and the associated IP addresses. If there is any unknown activity then get in touch with Betfair immediately and they will deal with it.

Thanks so much guys - I downloaded the latest version of BA yesterday pm and when I went to login again just now I noticed the tick in Australian wallet - problem solved! Thanks again....x
