are we allowed to discuss specific strategies we learnt in the betting exchange academy course?, because there is a few things I have questions about, if we can't, there should be a place where proven attendee's can discuss ideas and strategies

I'd like to know more about what is actually in the course. I'd quite like to attend one, but being the experienced user that I am (7.5 years on Betfair, professional for 6 of those) I'm not sure I'm going to learn much.

I have done the course twice in the past 3 years. I enjoyed it so much the first time I did it again.
You can always learn something. If you can improve by 10% this makes a big difference. I can't believe you won't benefit by at least that even if you are a great trader.
It's worth the money 10 times over

I recently contacted the BettingExchangeacademy about the personal mentoring...its states on their web page that it can be on a one to one basis of for small groups, say two or three...
If there are a couple of people out there that would be interested in sharing the cost, maybe we could get together?? I think it would be beneficial if the group had similar levels of experience/capability though??
I've done Peter Webbs course and have been using betangel for a couple of years..
From what I can gather, the one to one is usually conducted at a persons house..I live in manchester, so we could do it here or I tend to travel to the south frequently...Anyone interested??
Thanks
Peter

That sounds very interesting, I'm in Middlesbrough so about 2hr drive? Not too bad.
Like I say i'm not sure what it would offer us since we are all experienced, I'm pretty happy with the level I'm at as well but if I can gain something new to help progress even further I'd be very happy.

I've attended the course, it is very infomative, you can tell Peter is very passionate about his trading and know alot about the markets.
some of the topics discussed are
knowing how to pick how volitile a market will be before you enter it,
teach you different strategies for different markets you encounter,
shows you the right time to enter the market,
and the right time to exit it.
shows you how to get good positions in the cue everytime
and alot of other stuff to mention here
he goes into soccer strategies too, but its mainly focused on pre race trading
I basically learnt which strategies to use with what market, the best entry and exit points to stack everything in your favour and the ideal time to trade the markets,
it takes practice but I'm slowy getting the hang of it, well worth the money
and you get a 163 page book of course notes with everything and more covered in the course.

After this week I think I could do with a little extra help! 4 losing days in a row, not big losses but still losses. Worst week for about a year.
The mentoring won't be with peter web, most likely with his collogue David. I was considering doing this last year but didn't end up going along with it.
Not sure Peter does the mentoring?

Thought so Jimrobo,
I wonder if the cost changes for 3 of us rather then one, I wonder how much it is these days, it used to be £600 which included a year subscription to betangel (which we wouldn't need). Then you pay for travel.
Are you guys still interested? I think they take up to 5 people on the mentoring.
