Dream on, there has never been a shortage of idiots!
Coronavirus - A pale horse,4 men and ....beer
You're not kidding. My visit today to (a quite large) tesco was torture.
I thought we'd all been asked to shop alone (unless you need assistance).
Forget that. Couples, three's, four's.
WTF How dim/selfish do you have to be?
Avoiding 1 metre contact was nigh on impossible and when I achieved it someone would come in and reach across me. FFS!!
If you do shop in groups couldn't you arrange yourselves so that packing at the checkout is a team effort. Rather than 1 person packing and the rest standing around like statues. Then brilliantly, after being a dopey useless knob, it turns out someone is the person to pay and has tokens in their purse, that they failed to extract while person 1 was doing the packing. And proceeds to ferret about for them and then work through their various cards to find their tesco card. And then finally to pay with cash down to the last penny. Flipping heck!!!!!!
Sorry, this stuff drives me mad.
Write a list, get in and out ASAP. Why is this concept so difficult for what seems the majority. Most people aren't stupid, but this stuff is simple.
Maybe I've been wrong all my life. Maybe most humans really are thick/selfish, but I still can't accept that.
Still a really annoying experience nonetheless.
The reality is that this (normal behaviour) has been going on worldwide for the past 12 months and still no country in the world has shown any concerning levels of excess deaths. Your belief of the mainstream narrative is so strong that it's triggering your emotions and not allowing you to think rationally. I'll even admit that at the start of all this I was fooled by it for a good few months.greenmark wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 6:34 pmYou're not kidding. It may appear logical on the surface if there truly was a virus with a survival rate of less than 99%, but you still don't see that this is an availability cascade, which if left to run it's course almost certainly wouldn't make any difference to death totals. There are strong divide and conquer/social disapproval techniques being used (which are even publicly documented by Sage) just now. They are working so effectively on the majority of the population as a distraction, people shaming those who don't wear masks, who don't want to take experimental drug injections, who meet up with other human contacts.
Anyone who can step back and take a look at the bigger picture and remove the emotion of the propaganda will only see insanity

Over 12 months of data means that we know for certain that the survival rate of Covid-19 is generally somewhere around 99%+ depending on your age and health (much higher if you are under 70). This is not much different to other viruses which have been around for thousands of years. Average Covid death age is 4 or 5 years over average life expectency in the UKfirlandsfarm wrote: ↑Thu Feb 11, 2021 4:24 pmThis is Darwin at work ... non vaccinators die of covid, fittest survive!
On the other hand the long-term effects of the vaccine/mRNA therapy are unknown. Looking at history and the science there is a good chance that it can reduce life expectancy or cause some problems
No charts or scientific papers on that one?
All medicines cause problems, you have to balance them with the lives they save. You would probably have said the same thing about the smallpox vaccine, or do you think that was a hoax as well?
Everyone that took the smallpox vaccine died

Iranian cleric claims COVID-19 vaccine turns people into ‘homosexuals’

But I've heard you get a much better 5G signal afterwards. It a tough one.

I don't deny those diseases and effective treatments for them exist, I just think there's enough data to see that this Covid-19 virus is no threat to over 99% of the population. I think people need to relearn to accept a degree of risk, a similar risk to the flu which has always been around. The response is such an overreaction that it's obvious that there is something more to it e.g. an economic or sustainability agenda, not a health crisis.greenmark wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 8:28 pmHow about polio, Measles/Mumps/Rubella? Next you'll be saying malaria was a hoax!
Or how about the advances in cancer treatment? Anything on that alexmr2?
I'm not going to advise people whether to get the vaccine or not. I formed my opinion from research and the experience of others that it's unneccessary and contains more potential risk than the virus itself
The vaccine has been administered to 13 million. With vaccines adverse reactions happen rapidly. So far absolutely no bad reports. AND those people are now much less likely to contract the virus. And that's a fact established by highly qualified professionals.alexmr2 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 8:57 pmI don't deny those diseases and effective treatments for them exist, I just think there's enough data to see that this Covid-19 virus is no threat to over 99% of the population. But also flu vaccination happens every year, specifically to reduce deaths. Lockdowns were the solution in the absence of vaccines. What's so difficult to understand?
Economic agenda? Can you not see the economic cost of this? There is no advantage to anyone. Even the PPE makers are facing reducing supply as demand drops. Ditto logistics companies, possibly even the likes of Amazon when people return to the high street.
The govt has to strike a balance between a tanking economy and the suicidal political decision to do nothing. And believe me it would be political suicide to let the virus rip.
