Most difficult day for a while for me so far. Just have to remember it's better to take the losses and scratches and move on to the next race with a fresh start instead of trying to make up for the day and then losing the weeks profit
I would say your better of doing nothing than forcing a trade your not sure about or not seeing them traits that give you the confidence to go in
I have 2 instances of bet angel running one practice and one real if its a market that looks difficult I trade it in practice mode but if the market stars are all starting to line up go in real money so you get the real experience just my preference
Doing nothing is winning in my book as your not loosing anything but gaining ladder time all the same if in doubt stay out :D

If today was the first day you tried to trade horse racing markets you'd probably need some kind of therapy afterwards

Would the pros here be confident in this ? I see moves like this but didn't feel right I'm close but how close I need to keep asking myself ?

Yes, I'm terrible at backing horses. For some reason I err towards laying for a trade and it means I miss out on a lot of profit. The only time I'be happy backing that was if I got in at 1.53 and even then I'd probably expect it to turn!
Last couple of days have been awful for me, although yesterday was much worse than today - it's made a right mess of my nice upward profit graph.

Yes I get you I've come to the stage now where I sit out a lot but FOMO keeps kicking me in the back when I do it's the devil in me
