BA Bug?

I was trading the Man City v Sunderland game yesterday. As each goal went in I moved up from 2.5 goals to 3.5, etc. However, when the fourth goal went in, I moved to the total goals market... and found that BA would not place any bets.

Whilst on the ladder, I clicked a lay bet, the red "Placing Bet" sign flashed at the bottom and then disappeared. No bets were placed. Furthermore, if I placed a bet through Betfair's website, BA didn't show that bet. I could see the rapid movement of odds and I could see other people's money moving around, but I could not take part in any Total Goals activity.

Is this a bug?

You will need to be logged in via connection mode 0 to get full access to handicap and total goals markets. It is likely you are logged in via another connection mode.

Hi Bet Angel. That's not correct. I have never changed connection modes. Indeed after your post I have just double-checked the mode and it is set to 0.

Betangle 1.26.4 has gone haywire causing all kinds of grief.

If you think you can see a problem then replicate it and send instructions to support so they can replicate it too and we can then look to resolve any issues. If you can't replicate it then it means we are unlikely to be able to do so and therefore it will be incredibly hard for us to solve.
