OneDrive - time taken to upload files

I'm currently backing up some stuff to OneDrive and its taken me about 8 minutes to upload 1gb worth of files.

Anybody else back their stuff up to OneDrive and if so how long to upload 1gb of data?

Bit random I know but I'm bored and want to compare

That's roughly how long it takes me. Not sure if Microsoft have slow speeds or whether it's my upload speed. Upload speeds are generally a tenth of download speed.
