Account closed for business reasons

Hi

I just got a message saying my account has been closed for business reasons, chat window didn't help much, do know what to do. I don't use practise mode. I am a PC customer and don't have an account manager number

Happened to multiple people recently, if you search the forum (can't find the actual link) someone has posted various means of contacting Betfair about it
