Fav in row 2 position problem

Can anyone help me make a rule that will put a marker on the fav that is in row 2 at post time that will stop my automation rule from triggering on that selection during the race as I noticed that a fav in a race went of in row 2 position which I want to avoid and my rules are complicated as it is and I cant think of a way to mark that runner then use that marker to not bet on it in play ?
any help very much appreciated I'm not being lazy but need a straight answer I have racked my brain on this one

Set a Signal on the market

Conditions Tab
Relative odds condition
Selections
back price
is less than
back price
of selection in order of favouritism 2

Then add a 'Signal Set' condition to your rule/s
