Betting after cetain time

Hello.

I am looking a subscribing to Bet Angel Pro again (I did so for a month about 10 months ago). I liked it overall, but just never got around to renewing my subscription. One of the things that appeals to me the most is the ability to automate or semi-automate your trades via Excel.

I trade the football (soccer) markets the most and have a couple different strategies I use, which are programmable as Excel functions, but in some cases require one to wait a certain period of time after, say, a goal, for prices to settle, then placing the bet. For example, under certain conditions, I would place lay bet on the underdog team that just scored.

My question is this: I have seen that people here have been able to incorporate countdown timers into their Excel sheet; is it possible have the counter start once a game comes back from suspension, or would Excel not detect that particular condition? For example, I would want to would want to wait 30-60 seconds after the "Suspension" is lifted before firing my trade in to allow the prices to come back to normal.
