Coupons: load market dependant upon another

Hi all ... is it possible to arrange a Coupon to load markets into Guardian dependant on the existence of another market (same event). Specifically I have in mind only load a Win market for Racing when there is a corresponding Place market for the same race.

I'm using Excel/VBA to work between the two markets per event by re-bind the sheets to the next race as the day progresses but feel confusion could be created if the Win market is connected without a corresponding Each-Way market and would prefer not to load the event than try and think of all the 'safety' checks that may be needed.
