Is there a reason why Bf doesn't have any Place markets for Tipperary today? It's all INHF races but that shouldn't matter should it? I've not followed the Place markets in detail so don't know if this is a regular thing.

Not sure about Tipp' but I do know that the 4TBP and 5TBP and even 6TBP markets for the races with higher selections, often don't get loaded on until after 10AM.This is a general thing I noticed, but the standard place markets are usually there the night before.

late to the party this arvo but so far for me it’s been a case of seeing an entry, pulling the trigger then virtually straight away it fizzles out of steam

I've found that today too, but that last at tipperary was alright (4.15), wee move on the fave.
