I have just took up the offer on the 1 month trial of bet angel and am just having a look through the software trying to familiarise myself with it and this may be a stupid question but I believe I am in the right section for it :) I am just looking at tommorows premier league and FA cup fixtures and cant load soccer mystic for any of these I get an error box flash up saying "This market is not suitable for soccer mystic". Is it that you cannot use it until the day of the game or am I missing something? I would be grateful for any advice.
Thank you

Please use the support form here for all support requests. Mailing direct seems to introduce a risk of mail going astray thanks to spam filters, IP blacklists or just your mail provider not providing a reliable service.

Oh - and check the user guide and knowledge base first.

Thanks for the replies and the advice. I have soccer mystic working now though. The problem was I was not using the latest version of bet angel. The link I was given to download the software after purchasing the trial was for a previous version. Works fine now although, I was watching the market for some US horse racing last night and noticed that the market never went "in-Running" it was just suspended a few minutes after the scheduled start with the timer just running down to -2.00 minutes or so. Is this a problem I need to rectify or is it just because of the particular market I was viewing?
Thanks again

Hi Edwards,

Unlike the UK Racing markets the US ones don't go in play. The market you were watching must have gone off 2 minutes after post time, at which point, the market was suspended by Betfair. This is normal behaviour.
