Hi - hopefully someone has a fix.
On the ladder screen - the two icons appear on each runner - the advanced chart pops up fine - the Betfair graph pops up - but fails to display the chart. I've just started quarantine in Bangkok - and was looking forward to 15 days focused trading.
Feeling a little lost without it pined to desktop.
Brand new laptop, Win 10 pro, all updates finished. Works fine on my desktop with Win 10 pro.
Any thoughts?

Have you got the latest version of Bet Angel Trader installed on that PC?
Last year Betfair changed the location the charts where hosted so an update was applied to the software to tell it to retrieve them from the new location

The Betfair charts are just image files downloaded from Betfairs server, so the problem has to be local as a problem on Betfairs side would mean everyone would have them missing
Are you running any AV or firewalls?
If so try disabling those then log in again in case they are blocking the downloading
