One horse race

I notice that the 17.30 at Leicester is a one horse race (apparently there have been protests about the race tariff). I suppose this race will be won, although yesterday I did see two horses fall in a flat race. :shock:

No race was run as the prize money just went to that runner.

Doesn't the horse and jockey have to go a few yards up the course and walk across the line? Hence the term "walkover".
